@wildns I can pull about 495 conventional. When you compete you play to your advantages, I have strong legs but a weaker lower back. I'd rather get as much leg drive as I can instead of relying on the lumbar. There is also a video of me squatting 415 I just posted. It's not a strength issue but a preference one. I could try it conventional but then won't be able to stand straight for a couple of days lol
@wildns actually, sumo is just a preference thing and has to do with your body proportions. I mean cmon how many people pull a world record with a sumo deadlift. Sumo doesn't necessarily make the pull harder, if that were true there'd be a lot more sumo deadlifts over 900lbs.
SUMO deadlift, makes a bit of a difference. now lets try with the hands outside the legs.
