Too me, it's by far the most annoying online game for Wii. Period. Why? The constant ass rape by items, the shoving, and random gay item requirement in 5th or 6th place. It's sort of unbalanced.

as for the last comment: Wiis are well worth the price. Online is free so no monthly payments. You buy can channels Like the internet channel you can surf the net on your tv. It's definately my favorite system. You can also dowload old titles like mario kart 64 or kid icarius. It comes with a few channels but only three of which don't require internet.

Yes, you have to check your driving license at the first menu before choosing a game mode, you have there the wins and loses at Online.

For the records, is better to go to the Mario Kart Channel, and check there your records and compare with the records of your friends or worldwide.

It really depends on where your interests lie. For example, I bought Brawl because I love to kick ass. However, most of my friends prefer racing over fighting, so MarioKart would be the choice.

All in all, I'd recommend just getting both games. They're classic and theyre probably the 2 best titles for the Wii.

One thing I've been experiencing online myself is that people who are running 8th or 12th just before the last round happen to make a comeback quite often, just on items. This gets me frustrated because having 3 blue shields on my a** when having a half-lap lead and ending up second frustrates me... This game is a little too item related imho. That's what I like to do is shoot all day. Mario Kart is nothing but the same old mario kart since N64 when it first came out, I rather play Super Smash Bros because at least they upgraded and added mini-games too. Who cares about new maps, new cars, or even online play. People want FFA matches and BIG features on a game. not small shit. I love Nintendo, dont get me wrong, nintendo is my best console on my list, ps3 second because 360 breaks all the time.

Yeah, it's all about percentage. I actually had a gold wheel the very first time I played Wi-Fi (though the 50+ races thing may be true, since I had played a hell of a lot on 1 player beforehand).

It has to do with the time you spend playing with the wheel, the more you play, easier to get the gold wheel. You can check thee % of usage you have in your license summary.
