thanks, :) it works and its far less complicated than any of the other chat client videos that i have viewed on you tube.. my only improvement would be - could you get the program to download more that line of code, so it loaded a whole conversation every 30 seconds? great vid though :)

This is very inefficient code, everytime the timer ticks an new instance of the web client is created so the memory usage will fly through the roof very fast, I would've declared the webclient globally and just call it from the different subs, or dispose of it at the end of the sub
