  • Do you use Holosync?

  • Everytime I've every taken a hallucinogen there is always at least one "moment" where I feel a profound sensation of enlightened being. Moment is in quotes because it is always timeless or rather it exist in space-time as a single point, however, subjectively it feels like an enternity. The sensation is something like a connection with the ALL, a divine oneness with the energy of the universe. My body is there, but my consciousness is everywhere, both the inside and the outside.

  • @227Morgan In a 4th dimensional world time is just a destination, or a coordinate point :) I've spent many eternities in the blink of an eye.

  • @poepflater

4-D understanding of sensory-sensual spacetime. I have much experience with this.

  • RIGHT FUCKING ON!

  • thAT FUCKING AWSOME

  • You didn't see anything! Its for a reason. You should know that. 1975 took 2 and 3/4 of the Nitrogen Phosphate. So you can't relate to what it would be like now. If you are wondering what that is, it is when it does not affect the dopamine in your brain. Thats why LSD now compared to the 60's is way different. Basically a different Drug/Substance.

  • all you hippies are boring

  • good vid!

  • dextromethorphan is a dissociative and while on this i have lost myself while listening to music.

when i lay back listening to a favorite track, i'll lose myself in such a way that I have become the very song i was listening to and that that song is the only thing that I know. When the song had finished, it felt like i had just lived through an entire life-time.

  • I think psychedelics has devastating effects on ones mind, in the same the way an atomic bombs destruction has devastating effects on whole populations of people. The thing is you tend to live through the psychedelic experience.

  • oh really? have you ever taken a psychedelic?

  • even if he has, the new stuff is way different than the stuff in the 40's 50's and 60's. they took 2 and 3/4 of Nitrogenous Phosphate out of the substance after 1975. So after 1975 they let doctors and others prescribe it to Patients that had intense addictions to alcohol, heroin, or cocaine. It was banned my the United States Government in 1976 again, and now in 2004 it started opening up again. But it is nowhere near the power of LSD in the 1960's.

  • @Rusty0555 this is the most insane rubbish i read today, and I allready read CNN.

  • @poepflater Yes, It was a poor analogy, considering I am an advocate for psychedelics!!

  • Mckenna said something like this once but I can't remember where/when. He compared having 40 million hits of lsd, to having the political power of Finland. I'll try to get the name of that audio clip.

  • Mushrooms don't make you see things that are not there, like LSD does. LSD will cause you to actually hallucinate. Mushrooms just alter your state of being.

    Atleast in my experience.

  • You are right but you are wrong about LSD. LSD don't make you see things that's not there, it alter how things look. A chair can for ex change shape, color and texture, but still be a chair. It wouldn't be like seeing something that's not there. You could probably see things that are not there, but its rare. Mushroom may also alter how things look, but to my understanding, not nearly as much as LSD does. I've never taken LSD tho, I know this from documentaries and info sites.

  • i took 6 grams of psiocybin mushrooms and the only "hallucinations" i saw were changes in form. like the texture of what i was seeing was moving, morphing, changing before my eyes. but with more conscious concentration it would dissappear. i beleive it's who you with and waht is around you taht alters the type of trip you experience.

  • Aiiiiight my dude, I'm 19, I ate a handful of psilocybin mushrooms two nights ago... had a great fuckin' time.

  • Very nice video. You make a nice presentation--a rational, dispassionate, and articulate argument.

  • watch this video on MDMA "Peter Jennings - Ecstasy Rising"...

  • ? o wait cuz EVERYONE wants a piece of paper with a number on it... when in reality that piece of paper is worthless! ugh... i could go on and on, on how this system we live by is just a waste of life.

  • Well. That piece of paper has value to it. Imaginary value, but the system works, kinda. But I agree with you, if we go back to gold coins (which can't be made out of paper or any sort of material but gold) we'd seen alot less financial crisis's and such.

  • That system worked 100 years ago but we live in a very different world today. For one thing, there isn't enough gold to supply our economy. The problems we face today aren't new, its not like the system used to be good and just started sucking all of the sudden. We need to completely rethink how resources are used.

  • *were helping this world move in a different direction. i feel as we should be the inspiration this world needs to move in a more peaceful route. life is so mysterious and that makes this world so beatiful. the system we live by is so fucked up. i dont the way we live right now is how nature intended us to live. getting all stressed over things that we dont want to do but the govt forces us to do. and everything has a price, even ones health. y cant ppl just help other ppl out of their own heart

  • amen man! nice video... last year i went to my first rave and didnt really know what to expect. it was my first time trying MDMA. and o man, it was a beautiful experience. the good vibes that you get from everybody. everyones so friendly and you get to meet ppl in an instant and u bond so quickly. sharing strories. honestly this day was like an epiphany. it did change my perspective on life. like u said, i saw how this world could be. as long as we dont abuse it, we arent hurting anybody.

  • psilocybin cubensis mushrooms!!!! i had many spiritual expirences on them :) feel like you get universal knowledge and are enlightend and know the secret to the universe, you understand whats goin on and has allways been happening and feel like your connected to everything, plusss all the crazy hallucinations when you closey your eyes, and on real high doses ego death :)

  • I've experimented with drugs of all sorts, from LSD and Psilocybin to MDMA and Nitrous Oxide. The trick is not to turn drug 'use' into 'abuse'.

Mind altering substances (particularly psychedelics) can be extraordinarily beneficial to understanding everyday consciousness and our place in the universe.

But at the same time can be very dangerous if pushed too far. Everything in moderation :)

  • If only more people were so aware. I feel alone where I am because I see so much beauty in a world that focuses on the negative.

    Good video. Faves.

  • Once you have learned what you need from psychedelic drugs quit using them. All it takes is that 1 bad trip or thought and it will stick in your brain for a while. Although sometimes you gain insights from a bad trip, it aint fun!

  • i love LSD, to me its not a drug its a key to the mind :)

  • God damn right you are :)

  • ey whats the name of the beginning song?

  • Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds - The Beatkes

Damn, how did you not know that?

  • The Beatles****

  • I loved the video! I recently tried acid for the first time and discovered many things about my self, my enviroment and others that i never relized until i became more aware. I think it is a GREAT psychiatric tool, and not necessirly a drug.

  • psychedelic drugs rule!

  • RIP Dr. Hoffman

  • he said abby hoffman..... im suprised he got that wrong, looks like he did the rest of his research but how do you get the discoverer's name WRONG?

  • Albert, sorry bout that.

  • For the first time, I recently ate an "8th" of mushrooms.. which I think was actually 3 grams, and expected to have visual hallucinations, but instead had a very physically oriented trip, which reminded me of extasy. You could say orgasmic. There wasn't as much mental stimulation as I expected.. As even with good cannabis, I'd experience more of a psychedelic experience I think. I'm thinking I should eat an 8th and a half or so.

  • The war on drugs has created a nations of criminals during the prohibition of alcohol people killed for alcohol very high percentage of murders occur as a result of addicts' doing outrageous things to get their hands on illegal drugs, but no one has kill anybody on magic muchrooms and they grow wild and are not additive

  • Acid does show many aspects and views. That being said. It should be used in safe, and protected enviroments. It does have properties that can open your mind unlike no other drug to date. Dropping acid can alter your life forever, so to take it should be a very careful decision. It can be a great tool, but it also can melt your mind and take you into some very dark places without notice.

  • i cant exactly describe my experiences with these drugs. its something you must experience to know. but i was in a state of spiritual disbelief, until i tried shrooms. after i tried shrooms and saw the power they have i truly believe they are a gift from the creator. there is no way anyone can make me believe that there is no greater force beyond us humans. the only way i can describe it is any emotion you could possibly feel, good or bad multiplied by 100. there not for people who are unstable.

  • Are you then opposed to thoughts and opiniong?

  • Music is Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds from the Beatles.. How could you take psychedelics and not know that!?

  • very true. these experiences have the capcity to be profound if we are willing to be recptive. And ive been lost in a world of abstraction as you described with the closed eyes.... i just dont know. amazing. what is the musci please?

  • You know it is pretty common drop acid or shrooms quit the milatary become a pagan. Ever think of why a sacrifice is so important to the christians and why you collect eggs on easter. Check out the pharmacratic inquisition

  • Great video. Really fluid and informative, gonna chckout your next episodes now :))))

  • i got some

  • That's a nice rap.

Don't give up! you're on the way to wisdom.

  • Just for the record, Timothy Leary covered up the darker side of LSD, so I think to some degree, he also hurt his movement. Many early users of LSD were unaware that bad trips were a common occurrence. Nevertheles...Turn On. Tune In. Drop Out.

  • Yeah I think Leary did as much to democratize the psychedelic experience as he did to criminalize it. He just didn't go about it very skillfully, but I suppose the power of the substances themselves was just so overwhelming at that point in history that he couldn't contain himself.

  • It sounds like you say Abby Hoffman invented LSD, it should be Albert.

  • Yeah that's a speecho.

  • Wow. I'm going to use that expression. Perhaps without attribution. Sorry.

  • ...no charge

  • I know it's hard to see what the text said... the text over the alex grey painting reads: "Each discovery has forever altered what it means to be human."
