Whether Oakland would do well or not in a brawl with Michigan Tech would depend on how many good enforcers Oakland have vs. how tough the enforcers are at Michigan Tech.

If Tech emphasizes defense and checking, Oakland could be in trouble if they ever played Tech and got into a full scale brawl with them. But if Tech have a lot of small, fast skaters and don't do much checking, then Oakland, even though they're just a club squad, would have a chance in a fight with Tech.

He had 142 penalty minutes at Mahoning Valley of the NAHL. They also have Drew Dobson, another defenseman 5' 11" 200 lbs from Palatine, IL outside Chicago. He had 76 penalty mins. for Tech last season. Even their star forward Jordan Baker, who scored 16 times last year had 48 PMs.

Tech would do well in a fight vs Oakland.
