you need to make a proper fist throughout. It will help you get the punching action correct, work more muscles and get you in good habits. If you are struggling to make a fist correctly invest in a pair of wraps.
@vietnamrose04 you need to make sure you are copying the technique you can see on the video - check in the mirror. Do our punching tutorial and soon to be released is our kicking tutorial. Exercise should exert the body and the muscles should feel as though they are working hard. Of course the more you do the workout the more you will learn about the moves and about your own body.
i just did this one then did workout 4: high low... got a real good sweat and raised heart rate...think i would need to do kick and tone after that tho as i wanted more muscle burn!
