All Dogs Go To Heaven was much better (in my opinion) than The Little Mermaid, but TLM did better at the box office than ADGTH back in 1989. The same thing happened with Balto and Toy Story in 1995.

Its such a magical place to be and it never gets boring even after going 3 times! When im older i will take my kids, its such good fun and its one of the best hoildays i have ever been on.

It's a LOT of work! @__@ A lot of love and care must go into it, a lot of precision and determination... and it can't be a one person thing if you want to make a movie that lasts a bit over an hour... and most animated features are not as appreciated in the moment as they really should be most of the time.

It's a shame that more films are made that are all dazzle and no story; in some of them, the main characters seem to be more like selfish brats than noble warriors. Classic Disney films (alongside some others) have emotional and sincere storytelling, and film makers shouldn't throw away that feel, like the Beast's compassion. Many Disney songs like "Beauty and the Beast", "A Whole New World", and "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" were so soothing that I sobbed.
@SakuraMoonflower I totally agree that love and care must go into a great Disney film (as well as other kinds of films). I'm disappointed that those soothing films are disappearing, and there are more films that are stuffed to the gills with bathroom jokes, pop-culture references, and insincere storytelling. A ton of people are addicted to objects instead of love for others and behave like Veruca Salt, refusing to face consequences for actions. Where's our sympathy and humanity? Don't you agree?

Watching this is like watching home videos from my youth. These movies were the backdrops to my childhood, and they make my heart ache for the better, more innocent days. I'm glad to see Disney is going back to it's old classic storytelling roots with the release of Rapunzel in 2010. They haven't done that since the 90's. And NO...Princess and the Frog is NOT classic Disney. It's just politically trendy, not true "Disney".
What makes you think Princess and the Frog won't be Classic Disney? It has all the elements: 2D animation, music, and a classic story with that special Disney twist. It's a huge step that Disney is even putting out another quality 2D film. It gives us hope that they may be returning to their roots.

But I have a feeling that with the re-opening of their 2d studio, things will start to get better as they get back to their roots. At least I hope so since I hope to one day add to the magic. To anyone who wants this song. It can be found on the Disney's 50th anniversary CD! It is a collection of all the songs from Disney's rides throughout the park. I bought it a couple years ago and this song became one of my favorites. Hope this helps someone!!

This video made me tear. Ugh. I wish I had the opportunity to visit the magic more often....it makes me forget the stress of everyday life.
I think putting Mickey at the end was a really good way to end this video...it's like a reminder that it all started with a mouse.

This song is SO Disney, but I love it all the same. The lyrics truly speak volumes and it really holds true to what Disney has worked to accomplish all these years. A truly amazing song!

the song brings the great memories we have of fonder times when all we neded was to belive in our imagination to take us to greater places with loved ones and friend deer to our hearts im almoust 30 and listening to this song brings tears to my eyes but of joy and im greatfull that i still can go to my dvd collection and find the movies that make me remember that dreams come true :)
