@bringonthedead2 To be honest, it sounds nothing like hard style. Though I understand if there was a misconception. They both rely on distortion of the kick. The primary difference is that hardstyle shortens the kick into more of a stabbing kick with a reverse saw bass line. Gabber has a broad kick and heavy bass, with monotonous melodies, usually relying on shifts in the percussion elements to build tension. They also love filters, but then again who doesn't?

anyway - finally another GOOD track by evil activities. so many bad ones around...most songs these days suck way too bad cos of bad sample-usage...i especially like the "trancy" influence in this track (2:23 onwards), far less ear-stressing than the normal "MC screaming incoherent lines to fill some time". Keeps the "same shit repeats over and over"-feeling away.

Definately one of the best tracks in this genre.
