Vacuum its a physical phenomenom that occurs when in a space theres not much energy. Then the waves of that energy overlaps beetween each other and then experiments an impulse of repeling, the result of that is an "empty space" or "vacuum".

James probably didn't use the term very well but WHAT HE MEANS is that because the two of them (James and Craig) are scottish, they create like a collision of positives with their scottish charm, wich provoques an implosion (I don't know if the collision of two positives actually makes an implosion), and that implosion creates the VACUUM.
