I think the final Bowser battle for Super Mario 64 theme should be on the Luigi's Mansion stage because it fits the theme of "Haunted Mansion" perfectly, not to mention the theme song for the Pokemon anime's first season should have been in the Pokemon Stadium (Melee) stage from the start.
