Oh! I didn't realize until now that Swedish was sooooooo close to German, Dutch, Felemish, Afrikaans etc. GEEZZZZZZZZZZ no wonder the Swedes can understand German so readily! I always thought it was beause they were naturally good at languages. :)
@annie46664 yea some european languages are very bound to each other :p, im swedish, i can understand norweigian very easy, danish: easy, german: hard, and deutch: very hard. its like a language built on eachother with some changes in the words
Glycemic Index is based on faulty science. The basic chemistry they used in determining GI is not correct. Please see-

Glycemic Load is based on DIRECT measurement of the glycemic response to a known weight of test food. No calculation or estimation of GI from apparent weight of contained CARBOHYDRATE is needed. Although the GI Researchers can't or don't want to understand this, it is a fact
In my personal opinion, the fact that you like those foods doesn't make you diabetic. My sons a Type 1 diabetic and if he ate like that without treatment he'd be dead. So my guess is that you aren't
I have a question! My athletic trainer thinks I might be diabetic. I have had regular blood tests at the doctor's office, but he says that even that can't always diagnose it. I LOVE sugar. I drink 1 1/2 to 2 bottles of Coke a day at work. All my favorite foods are full of sugar and or carbs-ie. ice cream, potatoes, bread, pizza, pasta, ketchup. I also love to drink beer and wine. Could I have diabetes? Where should I go to get tested if I might?
Maybe this can help youtube[dot]com/watch?v=JojpYbjA7iE to minimize the risk of getting a diabetes.. already helped many people... or visit alphalipid[dot]net/download.htm
I cant undersand the language too much, I think its German or Spanish. Diabetes is serious because excess sugar in blood is like poison or acid, and my mother-inlaw and aunt died from it or the problems it causes.

If you have that many carbs with type one diabetes, you'd have gone into a diabetic colma by now. You don't have diabetes
