sorry to bust your bubble but no that is not correct. Yamamoto has the most powerful and oldest fire based zanpoktou. It won't bring about destruction but when he releases the shikai form its command is something like turn everything to ash. His bankai is very powerful I'm sure. THe reiatsu behind may be more than most can stand except maybe Unohana, Ukitake and Kyoraku. Aizen too becuase he's so great and all
