thanks! It will hold 15lbs+ of grain and 5-6 gals+ of water. I prefer the bazooka. It has never stuck and is easy to clean. Just a matter of preference. Cheers!

Great question! Aeration can cause HSA (Hot Side Aeration) which can affect the finished product and also reduce the temperature that you are trying to maintain.
