I was at this seminar, life changing stuff. Tony Robbins is no cult leader. He knows what he is doing. Part of the jumping/dancing/playfulness during the seminar is for many reasons, a couple of them being people are more receptive to learning when in this state, its a proven fact. It also gets people out of their "comfort zone" so they can take on and implement new ideas to change their lives and limiting beliefs. Tony Robbins has changed many people lives including my own. The guy is a genius.

nice one...agreed, I was there a yr ago, and this stuff is hard to master but what Tony teaches does work...it IS effective, I've seen changes in myself and others by using his ideas...if you commit.

Very ambivalent to this. There is definetly truths in what Robbins teaches. But there is also a cultish tone to his way of doing things, and i definetly dont like that. IMO you would be way better of by educating urself in the world of psycology and self-improvement, than to follow a "guru" like Robbins, and this comes from one who has listen to a lot of his tapes.

I think you assess his mothods based on what are taught in schools and colleges...but I also think that Tony is helping people who desperately need to get out "stuck states"...or they will continue to die "gravely" inside...which you can't get that by listening to his tapes no matter how many hours you do...but only by attending his seminars..it is an expensive one...that is for sure..

@adimirea I am no fan boy or whatever and some part of your logic is right. If you ever know human psychological behavior, what Tony Robbins is doing is imprinting a new belief / pattern, with high intensity emotions, into people based on their wills and desires. It is pretty similar to what any church will do, either by fear and dogmas (like catholic church) either this equal way like gospel or these new ages churches. Difference really lies in the object of the belief.
