Service is good and the phone seems great at first but there's a lot of lag and problems, such as a poor battery and an odd problem where it shuts off and shows a battery with a question mark in it... (trust me, I'm on my second, still has the same problems). If your on a low budget, it's a great phone, but you should try to get something better like the HTC Arrive.

I can't help but to be reminded of the recent blackberry 85**'s with this pixie! It seems like what blackberry should have done with it's curves... integrate touchscreen along with a physical keyboard, and a track pad(ball), or would that just seem too weird?

this phone looks much better than the pre. i personally dont like the slide out keyboard and how big the pre is. i have a centro, and the pixi, i hear, is a somewhat better version of this. i like my centro for now, though i would very much like to have this phone. the centro is really fat, thats what sucks about it :(

Don't count em out completely...now that they have that any mobile any time, u don't even need to get an unlimited plan to have virtually unlimited ability to call. Plus they roam on verizon for free(as long as one sets their phone to be able to roam). I was gonna lose em but for $60 i have unlimited data, free mobile to mobile regardless of carrier and i never go over my minutes anymore. I got a TP2 by the way. Don't like this pixi too much, lol

No! Matte is GREAT! Glossy is good for some phones but is horrible for most. Matte for feel. Gloss for look.
