if this is the case, why can I get a better deal with pipex that has all its call centres in the UK when wanadoo ,now orange, has call centres in India, its about greedy company's making mass profit over UK jobs ,BT is another fine example of this, I no people that have lost jobs with BT because there centres moved abroad, but we still don't see any reduction or stability in what we are charged if we use these company's,
