@TheLaChLaN96 ill remember this when my new trucks will get noisy ive got independents whit hollow axle and kingpin they feel super light and ride so smooth combine those with an an almost double impact reds bearings and spitfire soft wheels and its the ultimate sb
my trucks make this kinda pop sound every time u turn them one way, but not the other, its just one click but its kinda loud and when im riding but not turning, just going straight it makes a rattling sound.... any tips?
@mixermake the rattling sound may be from either dirty/popped/crunchy bearings or maybe even just loose washers. As for the "pop" sound every time you turn your board in that one direction, you may have popped/cracked a bushing.
My buddy Gavin popped a bushing once (he's a heavy guy and he bought soft bushings, what a lug.) and what happened was if you got on his board and turned right, the board would stay fixed in that position until you got off and pushed it back into how it was before xD
@anthonyastruc if it didn't work for you, assuming you tried it, it means you didn't get ample coverage on both the pivot knob and pivot cup. Use a q-tip to help spread it around inside the pivot cup. Use your fingers to rub the knob with soap. I do this once a month, it works.
@xXExtremeSkaterXx theyre good sliding wheels but they take some wearing in first. try some hard carving on them and just wear down the edges and they should slide fine.
your dervish is such an old man board, nash!

@321GoPro I used a chisel and wet sanding to get the Dervish glassy-smooth for the mount.

@flyingvish I use wd40, and it works pretty good
thefavrefan4ever 8 months ago
@thefavrefan4ever wd40 will attract dirt and corrode the pivot cup bushing. Skateboards do not like wd40

What do you guys think about WB40 will some guy told it woudl take otu the sqeeking with hang to take apart your trunks

why did u use an air duster???
MrHerrHobbes 1 year ago
@MrHerrHobbes there will be some loose soap-shavings. and you want to get rid of these before they attract dirt.
