i suggest this boot to people that want exeptionaly good touch and mind blowing power. the power depends on were you are going to kick the ball. try to hit the ball were the grip rubber thingy is and that will give you the power you need. =)

AG - All ground, FG - Firm round, & SG - Soft ground. The AG and FG are moulded rubber blades. The SG are metal studs instead of metal blades now, I think.

Anyone seen the DB versions of the Predator X? I think Beckham wore a trial version of them over the weekend against Chivas. I'll wait for them to get released I think, not too keen on the first two colourways Adidas have put out.

Hi pjwaynn. It's 'meant' to help. When the Predator design was very first created by Craig Johnston it was originally 3 strips of rubber, which did show the ball significantlly spinning more with the rubber than without. As Adidas have designed more and more Predators, the point of why they where made in the first place has kind of gone out of the window! I have always had Adidas's boots. Why? swerve? power?.. No. I buy Adidas boots because to me they are the most comfortable.
