@frraekynuthead so many online sites to order from (if you're not close to our co-op in Milwaukee, WI) Bob's Red Mill is the most reliable source - and if you have an Asian store near you, a few ingredients can be obtained there as well. What I would do is pester my grocer to carry the products - squeaky wheel gets the grease!

Did you try to make them non-gluten-free gagansihota?? How did they turn out? AP Flour should do the trick...would be nice to mix flours too...maybe a little AP + corn flour?
