I dont think jetwhoring is very skillful. Sure, it takes practice to come accustomed to strafing and dogfighting with you plane, but it not very skillful.

Real skill shows in teamwork, on the ground, as infantry.

I puke on most high-ranked players, I ALWAYS see them whoring with planes or choppers. Not much skill in dominating the game with the vehicles that have the most strenght and power in this game.

The high ranked players, 24/7 in their planes are the true noobs.

Flying f35 on 1.41 was more about skill - in terms of right tactic and vehicle control - than anything else.

Don't get me wrong....i allways enjoy playing infantry (espec. in a good squad), but i wouldn't take away skill from guys like irishpride (he is a good inf-guy as well afaik),Moiza, EddiePL, HZR RUb, or any other of the "jetwhores"

The F-35B is not a bomber... although it is capable of air to ground and air to sea combat, it is alsoa highly capable fighter. The letter "B" denotes the Marine Core version with STOVL, while A denotes Air Forces and C denotes Carrier, for the Navy.

I am no random idiot. The Lockheed Martin site has it as a Joint Strike Fighter. Nowhere does it say it is a bomber. It was built as a air-to-air and air-to-ground aircraft, and air-to-ground does not mean it is a bomber. And whoever told you it was a bomber was wrong or didn't get their fact straight.

@ YouNoop: as a real life aviation fanatic I've spent quite some time reading articles about the JSF so I can tell you it's far from being a bomber. If you want to see a bomber airplane, have a look at the B-2. The F-35 is to replace the F-16's of many airforces around the globe and the F-16 aint a bomber, so why would they replace a jet fighter with a bomber? Get my point?

Ok, when the round begins the US has no flags on the island, so its NOT ok to rape carrier. Once the US captures a flag and has somewhere to spawn OTHER than the carrier and arty island, its ok to rape the carrier. Get a mouse that can switch ingame between the dPi settings???? and example take a j-10 with a mouse set at 400-600 dPi, u make 1 loop when moving mouse from bottom to top of our mousepad.. change it ingame to about 3500-4000 now it makes 2,8 lopps at the same mousepad

There are airplanes on the following maps: Wake Island 2007, Dragon Valley, Kubra Dam, Gulf of Oman, and others. Keep in mind that this is on the PC version.... BF2 Modern Combat for the Xbox/360 and PS2 doesnt have airplanes.

See the problem there is that the F-22 isn't carrier based.... I would welcome an F-22 in replacement of the F-18 though, but since you play as the USMC and the Marines don't operate the F-22, I can see why the game's developers did what they did.

BF2 deluxe edition comes with the Special Forces expansion pack, that's what I bought. I'd recommend getting the complete collection that comes with Euro Force and Armored Fury as well.
