  • she is very good!

  • ke lastima hollie vise ya bajoo de nivel comparado con lo que hacia antes cuando estaba en la Elite

  • I wish Hollie all the best. I think it's wonderful that she's still competing at such a high level, and I'm sure she's loving it. If she should ever consider returning to the elite level, I'm sure she is more than aware of Oksana Chusovitina, the 33 year old Russian who represented Germany in the Beijing Olympics. A true inspiration to all gymnasts!

  • OMG!!! I LOVE HOLLY VISE! she looks alot different...what college does she go to???

    -Kelly

  • I'm a dancer, & when we have competitions, they sometime set up a dance floor in the middle of a hotel ballroom. I didnt kno they did the same thing for gymnastics,,, except with beams and bars....pretty cool. GOOD GYMNAST TOO

  • Holly Vise has always been a beautiful gymnast and such an inspiration to me.

  • i thought she stop gymnastics.

  • Thank you for posting this! It is delightful to see Holly in action again. Holly for me had the prettiest lines of the U.S. gymnasts when she competed elite and at Worlds. I was so upset when she did not make the Olympic team as the reigning World Champion on bars. I'm happy to see she looks fit and is still into gymnastics! :)

  • She looks very fit though, and in great shape. Great to see her again!

  • She looks so tall now!

  • Do you think she will compete on floor or even vault? When she left the elite seen, her skills on those events were strong enough for the collegiate scene. She had a yurchenko full and her tumbling is up to par to those on the circut at the moment. I miss her artistry and dance.

  • i think she is injured?!

so thats prolly why her back i think

  • did she win?

  • acually no not the all around.. she only competed one event and it was for her college team OU.

  • wow i was going to compete that dismount this year!

  • really!? my friend at gym does that dismount too! it must be pretty hard cause she did it at a college meet

  • she actually lost alot of weight since last season

  • Thank you for posting this. I'm thrilled Hollie's competing UB again finally too

  • your welcome! me too! it was fun seeing her

  • she put on a lot of weight! I love hollie vise and i want her to go to the olympics!

  • Of course she put on a lot of weight-she's a grown woman now. She wasn't going to keep her little girl figure forever. And she looks great for her height.

  • Audie I feel you are the only person on youtube who seems to grasp this concept...

Elite Gymnasts are girls, lacking the hormones to develop big muscles, and are on incredibly strict diets, hence their apppearance.

Its stands to reason that as you age, and start eating NORMALLY, that all that training is going to build visible muscle.

  • I did not mean to ignore your comment so many months-for some bizaare reason (cookies perhaps??) I could not access youtube since Octoberish.

And I agree totally-little girls generally lack the hormones to develop large muscles. Everyone has to grow up eventually-and look like real men and women. :)

  • i wish she never took a break... she has a great body but during her time off she "over-matured" and has a lot more weight on her than what she used to have.

  • that's actually true of a lot of collegiate gymnasts- especially those who used to be elites and then quit competing for a year or 2 before starting NCAA competition. I think it's refreshing to see gymnasts that aren't twigs in NCAA. Hollie looks fine.

  • did i ever say shit didnt look great?

  • My favorite part of collegiate gymnastics is how the gymnasts, especially elites, gain weight and fill out. Every gymnast you thought was beautiful before collegiate is a thousand times hotter at the collegiate level.

  • 'Over-matured'?? Since when does an adult woman 'over-mature' physically?? Very few former elites train at the same level in their college years-they have more important things to do like studying to get their degrees and endeavouring for a life after college. EVERYONE'S body matures eventually. There is NO SUCH THING as being 'over-mature' unless it's a 3 year old with a thyroid condition. That's just an ignorant remark.

  • oh thanks! i didnt know it was ie.. haha oh well!

  • hollie vise i believe... but really cool video!
