@derda235 This is the original from the trinity roots ep. there is also a remix on that ep with more a hip-hop style beat. then theres the acoustic version which is on there album True. U can find them all on iTunes buy the music support Aotearoa artists!
look at the respect this old man gets in NZ hasn't happen in Aus for some time we dump any oldies and any respect for what they know and its at our loss... Hold fast your culture
This is the jam I turn up LOUD when I'm missing home. Even though I'm only in Oz, it's still really far away from my whanau and friends. God Bless everyone in NZ and keep your head up. This song should be the reason for inspiration.
PS: My neighbours like this song, they got no choice LOL. <3
My good friend chris g directed this video many years ago! This was before trinity had released any videos and they had no budget when they approached him, he believed in their music so much and fell in love with this song he did all he could to pull this stunning video together with the extended trinity whanau. What a journey and what a song!
@toomanyhumans555 : It may not be popular to the younger folk of today, But us guys who were introduced to this by older siblings or for a matter of fact were around when this sruff was released still crank it, This and other trinity roots songs are constantly in a playlist of mine somewhere <3
@majorno2 Haha or so I read. I'm Planning on Moving to the North Island in a fews years so I;m im researching everything I can about this fuckin Amazing country
These boys are what it's all about... NZ music at it's best.. awesome live, had the privilege of hosting these guys 3 times.. the jam sessions were awesome...

I was taught to respect my elders from a young age. It's quite common here in NZ.
