  • Good execution., To the guy who said you need low stances, wrong, low stances are for building your self when practiceing without a partner. If you start from a low stance you show you don't know, you are still external .

  • I like their fluid movement, and following through to applications.

  • Whilst I appreciate the quality of the sensitivity and chin na skills shown here, I don't like the casual high stances and lack of sinking evident. Playing like that they would have great difficulty dealing with any strong pushes or sudden changes.

  • thanks for your good comments. will try to reflect to Master Sheng and hopefully I may get their lower stance, e.g. Da-lui, push-hands with San-shou(free sparring)demo to share on web.

  • I can't agree with you more. For rarely we have a chance seeing such fluent push-hands moves and nice technique applied. Most of push-hand films I've seen before were slow and even look like "pre-set". This one is flowing and more real.

  • I like this. good technique used in Taiji push-hands. rarely beautiful and fluent moves.
