You grab way too much, AND you're V-13.
I don't see why you'd need to even grab with that character.

Throws are a good anti drive spam when you play spamming Noels.
Noel's drive has AVOIDANCE, which is different from Ragna's invincibility frames in inferno divider. What this means is that you can grab Noel out of her drives at any time...
But with that said, he's not actually doing that.
