I usually just pour the HEET into my 4 oz fuel bottle with a squirt top. It is the same fuel bottle that I carry backpacking. I have marked it in 1 oz increments which makes it good to use when experimenting at home.
I'v e been using a Opti-Free bottle for quite a long time now. They work great for precisely dispensing fuel. I gently pry the cap off with a flat tipped screwdriver works great and does not damage the bottle.

Those do work good. I've been reusing them for over 20yrs. Pocket knife works great to pry it off too.
