  • you need to slice the fruit and add little bit of salt to it. its absolutely yummy... cashew nut fruit is one of my favorite fruits..

  • I would like to find out the whole HOME procedure from A to Z sense the nuts are picked up from the tree. Do I need to boil them before cracking? Guess factory procesing is totally different then what you can do hand cracking / deshelling cashew at home?!

  • If I try to cut the cashew just when is sundryed the nuts are not coming out (only by crumbling). I tried to roast them in the oven at home but I got a very poisoning oil which burned my finger. And by hand is extremely hard to cut them into half. Must be very experimented to do this.

  • Please help me with some advices! I bought a land in Vest Africa and I have several cashew tree in my garden. We eat the delocious fruits, but I don’t know how to use/process (HOME style) the nuts?

  • @umblataprinlume search here for "eat my nuts" there's a Brazilian girl showing the whole roasting process.

  • its a pretty looking fruit, very juicy and watery nut astringent and not sweet like most fruits, funny burnt smell too,

I won't eat it again, but Fred loves it

  • I tried some bottled juice before and it was so-so.. o_o bet it would taste better fresh though

  • Like durian I hate that fruit

  • Looks good!
