I think if you first make a video for the full lenght with all that is suposed to happen.
then do small cuts in the video and also take a screenshot in this cut. The screenshot will be used for this frame photos. i think a program like vegas pro can make hmm like 3d enviroments. like for hte pohots to look like they follow the frame properly. This is just the way i think its done. i have no experiense in video editing so dont hate :P
