  • Very, very nice camera operation for a consumer. Wish all consumer videos were as stable and made as much sense!

  • lol, they're selling military fighter planes on ebay!!! lol anyone got a mill they could lend me?

  • @chrisGTO66 ts because we can bomb usa. lol

  • @hashimotto Who's gonna bomb the USA? You? Barbados? hahaha maybe bomb us with a huge cloud of cronic smoke lol. dumbass

  • lol How much does a surplus Sea Harrier cost? This guy must be loaded.

  • @nubbie1944 Next to nothing! You can buy a complete airframe for static use for just a few thousand pounds (£'s). There are many enthusiasts in the UK who have done just that, and have them on static display in their gardens and driveways! Strange but true:-)

The guy on the loudspeaker should have said it is the only airworthy privately owned and flown Harrier in the world. It most definitely is that:-)

  • @ianrkav That's amazing, how does someone get a hold of one?

  • @nubbie1944 Hi. I've messaged you a couple of links to check out:-)

  • "How about that, he backed it up like a school bus!" LOL!

  • hey Art i used to be harrier mech when i was in the Marine Corps VMA-513 Powerline. YOU ARE THE MAN!!!

  • thats ny uncle in there

  • I'm guessing this is a Nalls?

  • Our next airshow is at Cherry Point, this coming weekend. Hope to see many of you there.

We're racing the jet truck, prior to doing our regular demo.

  • nice show Art, I'm posting this on the way to BEaufort, SC for the airshow and wish we'd be seeing you there, because you're that good

    keep up the good work

  • when I went to Andrews the harrier had to cut short its demo Because it was getting a bwarning light for for #1 gear and landed with 70% on his front landing gear

  • Hehe, I was at that show, too. Common problem (former marine, used to work at VMFA-321 at andrews).

  • Amazing in this day and age someone is allowed to do this......

  • I'd rather have a MiG-21. Cheaper and faster. The Harriers are not the most fun airplanes to fly. At least not at hover modes. He must have been a Harrier pilot. Or paid one handsomely to train him. You don't just get into a Harrier and hover away. Unless you like riding ejection seats.

  • He's a former Marine Corps. Harrier pilot and a graduate of the Navy Test Pilot school.

  • He bougt it? As in its his? Like he can take it anywhere like a personal airport? I always wondered if people could do that with disarmed older jet fighters. Please reply, even if this may seem like a stupid question to you. thanks.

  • I went and the guy said that the pilot bought it from the British military from surplus and he fixed it up, put some old parts in etc. and made it working again. They also said the British gov't was pretty pissed about it afterword. You can buy old soviet jets and stuff if you want to and older jets like the Sabre if you have the money. Hope it helps!

  • Okay as I watched he kind of answered the question. So I guess it's his own Harrier. If he bought some land I wonder if he could just land it on his property. Or hover over califorina beaches like planes like to do(except they fly, not hover).

  • Yes. I bought it and imported it from the UK. Even though it was basically complete, it took us 3 yrs to go through the entire airplane, install an active ejection seat, and get it certified by the FAA. I can basically take it anywhere.

    Art Nalls

  • some great skills from that pilot, like the bow down to the crowd near the end.

  • REAL GOOD VIDEO
