So my neighbor heyb2b just told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but jumps over a foot higher! What he followed the training workout over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com and gained over 15 inches in his vertical jump!
heyb2b blah man, this vid is why I watch NBA perhaps even though it has its issues. I'm using this exercise program that's utilized even by NBA players - 50 inch vertical (dot) com - I already jump few ins higher and leading my team on the court!
