I still remember a zillion years ago when I saw this piece for the first time... Though knowing hardly anything about ballet, that beautiful peacock sucked me into another world instantly. I was glued to TV and didn't even blink once until the performance was over.
1:48-1:57 That's it, I'm going to go stretch right now! That is amazing! Sometimes I love the rugged backstage scenes in ballet like that better than seeing the actual ballet itself, it's so neat seeing how much goes into such amazing performances.
well can't wait to see her promoted to soloist!
