  • This song is such a great pumpkins song...Billy can yell this song, and the guitars just work so well together, like a tornado of sound and poetry.

  • When I hear this song, I always think of snow outside. Because I got this album for Christmas 1996

  • Fuckin great song.

  • Grammy missed this song in 1997

  • Is this song about Kurt Cobain?

  • @Valiand i think to. Need ask to billy!

  • heard this song so many times! one of my favorites forever. thanks for posting.

  • He really seems to mail it in on on live vocals.

  • Really great. Thanks for this.

  • CUASE IN YER SAD MACHINES!!! ;P

  • one of my favorites on mellon collie!

  • Billy Corgan no ha vuelto a ser el mismo desde que murio su madre. Se nota en su musica, como la banda ha cambiado....

Billy Corgan don't be the same after hes mama dies. The Band and billy has changed....

  • I think I like this live one better :)

  • Saw them in November of 96 on this tour. Unfortunately Jimmy wasnt drumming because of him and keyboardist Jonathan Melvoin's "habit"

  • Amazing how effortlessly Corgan could write a great rock song back in the day. This was basically considered a throwaway song on the 'Mellon Collie...' album, yet it's better it's better than almost any "hit" rock song released these days--it fucking blows almost all current bullshit out of the water. I feel sorry for anyone who didn't grow up in the 90s and missed on on truly the best rock made since the 70s.

  • this song should be right after Jellybelly on track list

  • 3:24 that look <3

  • This is SP at the peak imo. Everything about the sound, voice and performance including the passion is totally Amazing. Thanks for posting this

  • @russelgman Really, you think so? I love the emotion. This is by far the best version I've ever heard,

  • 2:41 holy SHIT, that SCREAM.

  • WHY HE CAN PLAY DRUMS LIKE THAT????? HE'S A GOD!!!!

  • It took a while, but this has become one of my favorite SP songs. Thanks for posting.

  • My Bloody Valentine = To Here Is Know When

The Smashing Pumpkins = Here Is No Why

  • @TheRestlessMinds WTF

Here is No Why describes a lack of reason or being unable to find reason.

To here is know when is jsut a grammatical failure with no meaning what so fucking ever

  • @ZeroToNowhere

    You obviously don't get it.

  • this is fucking good! billy is a demi-god

  • @zerostellar24 Edit: is full God.

  • Can't help but to love james' clothes

  • the timing seems a little bit fast in this live version compared to the album

  • @wheredoyougetoff1

The Pumpkins have always played songs faster live. Part of the reason why they're so awesome :)
