  • Your little guy is a little sparrow. He looks to be close to fledging(leaving the nest)age, but not quite. Is there any way you can get it back up into the nest? The mom will still care for him even if you touch him.

I have raised many birds(I am a wildlife rehabilitator) and worms alone is not good. He should get soaked cat food, or the easiest thing that I have used successfully is canned dog food and use a paintbrush (small craft one) to feed him. He needs to eat every hour from 7 AM to 7 PM!

  • i so sad he died thanks for the tips though

  • start digging for worms! my neice and nephew saved a baby bird and they fed it worms until it was big enough go out on it's own. water and worms should be enough... put it in a bird cage to keep it safe... good luck!

  • thanks ill look for worms already got some water i will put him in a cage with the top back in case mama will take him back if u want an update on him every day subscribe because ill be making a video every day

  • if the baby bird can fly, then the mom will come get him. but if the bird can't fly to get back in the nest, that's not good... it's so cute!

  • ya cant fly yet but thanks for all the info it really helped in tommorows video july 23 i will have a cage for him please subscribe
