Also, shouldn't you respect people who choose not to do something because they do not want to do it rather than not doing something because they have been told (by their religion) not to do it?
@MrBstngeo wrong... alcohol has no boundaries, could be anybody any professional, many successful people ended up drinking too much.... causes: depression, a failed romance, stress at work, too much partying. etc.
I speak for experience, very successful, but will go on a binge for weeks, till my body could not take anymore.

Actually, recent coroner reports state the opposite: Winehouse had over 5 times the alcohol limit in her system when she died. I loved her music, but it's the sad truth.
@chelse5599 You do realize that it is because she stopped drinking that she died right? Her body took an enormous shock after the alcohol cleared out her system and it ended up killing her. If you're only hear to disrespect the dead and not give her props for the things she did do right with her life, then you should find something better to do with your time.

People say things like they drink but they don't do drugs. Alcohol is a drug.
It took my mother's life fifteen years ago, and now has taken Amy too.
It is the only drug that the detox can kill you. I don't drink because I know
personally the damage it does to people and their families. Just because
alcohol is legal and is accepted by society doesn't make it safe.

@chelse5599 You do realize that it is because she stopped drinking that she died right? Her body took an enormous shock after the alcohol cleared out her system and it ended up killing her. If you're only hear to disrespect the dead and not give her props for the things she did do right with her life, then you should find something better to do with your time.

@AlchemistGirl162 As much as i respect Amy and her talents, and hope that you're right, i'm sorry to say that that wasn't the case. When the toxicology report came back, it was revealed she had 5x the legal amount of alcohol in her system. Believe me, I'm not trying to be disrespectful AT ALL. I love Amy's music and know that she was taken WAY too soon.

@ALLISON4ever96 But just after she died, they said it wasn't clear at all how she died and if there was alcohol involved. When the toxicology report came, they suddenly said there had been 3 empty wodka bottles on the floor. I think it's odd. Also, I wish Amy's mother would shut up for a change. With all those "confessions" to the press. Does she really want her daughter to be remembered as a ailing wreck? I believe the woman isn't very stable herself.

I think these "true fans" should stop being so fucking hipster, and accept that they probably aren't the only ones that liked Amy before she died, and they aren't the only ones that like her now, and so what if her death caused people to listen to her, that just means even after her death people are still listening to her.. RIP Amy. PS- It's not nice to "laugh so hard" at the fact that someone you're a "true fan" of, is getting respect after her death.
