Well my friend, the Seaside Tavern is located 19 Stewarts Place,

HOLYWOOD, BT18 9DX, as for the Priory pub it's since closed down and has been for 6 years or more as of right now no one else has taken it over to do anything with it. Well thank you for the comment always welcome.
