How's it going, crossworlds1? Just wanted to say your vid's an inspiration dude. I'm also a blk guy, thinking about coming out to my mom. My dad's passed on, so thankfully i don't have worry about him. I pretty much know how my mom feels about being gay in general, I just don't know how she'd feel about her son being gay. I'm hoping to find the courage to tell her one day in the near future. But yeah... enjoyed the vid man.

I'm a Catholic priest. And gay, but non-practicing! I like myself. My only regret was that I didn't tell my mother. I was afraid and I thought she would be so disappointed. But I use my gayness to help strait people because, paradoxically, I have a real compassion for them. Yes, I love myself; I like being myself! I really liked your video and your personality. I feel sorry for gays but I don't think in a patronizing manner in the sense that heterosexuality is already pretty complicated and because gay people will have to face a lot of prejudices. I don't think that people should define themselves uniquely by their sexual preferences either. I also know several gay women who seem to become lesbian by default. Freud's theories of fear of difference might be correct but no-one really knows for sure.Anyway all the best young man may you have a great life!

My father who fought in the Navy in WW2 spent 15 years telling me how much my house needed a woman, and it broke my heart that it'd break his if I told him I was gay, and he died not knowing. My father who fought in the Navy in WW2 spent 15 years telling me how much my house needed a woman, and it broke my heart that it'd break his if I told him I was gay, and he died not knowing. You did what alot of us never got the chance to do - that makes you a hell of alot of a man in my opinion. Best wishes in all you do.
