The troops died with often good intentions to help the Iraqi people, but serving their commander and chief in a mission they should never have been sent to that was never in the best interest of the US or Iraqi civilians. Only in the interest of the rich war profiteers in the military industry & oil industries on both sides. The troops aren't to blame, they have been exploited.

I would've been rational in realising that Iraq had never invaded the US, that it was a country that if it ever posed a threat was due to idiotic politician in US allowing the selling of weapons to him. He should've abided by international law and have allowed thew UN inspectors to resolve no WMD existed, rather than wage war befdore it had finished if you were serious the reason foe war was on the premise of WMD.

That's ridiculous. And also, ever country has bombs, every country has nuclear weapns and every country has guns unfortunetly. Thefore every country has weapons of mass destruction, and no one should use it preemptively. Other countries feel threatned by America's arsenal, but that doesn't justify a preemptive attack. Most Americans now are against the war in Iraq knowing a preemptive attack was wrong.

Also Clinton was responsible for sanctions against Iraq which the UN said led to millions of deaths of civilians, and did bombings in Iraq which lay the foundation for Bush's war in Iraq. Obama's foreign policy advisors are a restoration of Clinton's flawed team.

I support Ralph Nader/ Matt Gonzalez as an independent ticket, as Nader has also against the war in Afghanistan where more civilians have died in that war than 9/11.

As Ghandi said rghtly: " an eye for eye makes the whole world blind" or in this case gets the whole world killed, and it was the innocent Americans and Afghans civilians that have died in this conflict started by militant leaders and factions.

McCain wants to add the war in Iran, and Obama wants to add a war in Pakistan!!

The choice between Obama and McCain is literally the choice of going towar with Pakistan or Iran, and the fact that Obama will end the war in Iraq yet still wants to continue occupation to continue"counter terroism missions"

Both want to expand the military when US is in serious debt already >50% of the bufget is spent on military spending when healthcare and infrastructure etc. is underfunded.

Both want to increase war in Afghanistan.
