People do have the choice not to have sex. But people choose to have sex. The government's job is not to be parents to people who want to have sex and nag them into behaving a certain way. The government can, however, make sure that for those who do make the choice to have sex they have the choice to also prevent an unintended pregnancy. What fantasy world do you think we live in that people are having sex because they don't know about abstinence?

I think you misunderstood me. The young people I was talking about are those the right would call "insurgents"- young, brainwashed Muslim men who in some respects have the right to be pissed seeing as we broke international military law by enacting a preemptive war of aggression. As for the procedure you referred to, that's late-term abortion and we agree there. I'm pro-choice but I think 3rd trimester abortion is cruel and unacceptable.

It's not okay to abort even a blastocyst (essentially a ball of a few hundred cells with no nervous system and thus no pain sensation) but it's okay to kill and torture adult animals who feel real pain for food, clothing, and even game?
