I use a a spray to protect my hair from heat damage and also use shampoo and conditioner for heat defence aswell so my hair doesn't get dry and damaged.

for the poof/quiff just keep a section out of your hair and then make sure you have a clip handy and then pull the bit back from your face and twist it and then push it up :)

I use a lot of products to help with volume and products that are for people that can't keep curls and therefore helps the curls stay longer - plus hair spray.

The poof stays from a lot of teasing :)

I use a lot of products that are for keeping curls in tact.

Tresemme has a spray for people who can't keep curls in their hair which works well for me, and 'Toni&Guy' have a 'beach curl' spray or something.. lol which I also use.

U might have to twist the iron more - or wrap less hair around to get the same effect! :)

Hey I naturally have really really thick hair! But the way I get it cut I get it thinned out. I can do my whole head in about 10-15 minutes, 5 if I rush! :)

Hey I don't think I'll have time to make a video anytime soon but what you do is take less hair (or however big u want the curls to be) and you could still wind your hair around the GHD as usual but you would just bring it down slower.
