Jus wondering did you sync it?? Canons dont have a LANC port it, so what did you

use as a sync generator when it came down to dialog?

@RadReese73 Hi there. We used a clapper to sync. so we had no genlock which was annoying but not really a problem.

next time I do 3D im going to try something i read here about genlocking DSLRs at 3D film factory

also we had no problems with syncing dialogue as there is none in the video!

Nice video dude!! I have a 60D and I was able to raise money for a t2i for a film club I'm starting at my high school, would it be possible to do a 3D video with those two cameras?

@JRskatr possible yes. but just more difficult. you will need to get the cameras to sit at the exactly the same hight. once you've done that you should be fine given that the footage you are shooting should look exactly the same

I Found that its difficult enough just using two of exactly the same cameras let alone using two slightly different cameras.

do you know anyone who has a 60D or t2i that you could borrow a camera from?

@bgmccc5587687 yeah, side by side. Im gona make a "How to do 3D with 550Ds" video during my next bit of 3D work so stay tuned.

but theres plenty of articles online about how to shoot 3D with cameras in the side by side configuration.
