that engine at 1:12 is on my trainz 2006 game

Close but not quite, trainz 2006 comes with a gilpin shay, wereas this is a T boilered shay. Both have 2 cylinders though.

Thanks, although its not finished yet, depends on what I decide to do next.

And when it gets to a state where I can call it finished, I will probably think of extending the line. I guess thats why some say a layout is never finished!

where did you get your trees from? I'm a bit adverse to making my own for my On30 layout (im plain lazy!) and would like some ready made ones to plant.

All the trees are from woodland scenics. The two largest trees are 'ready to plant' ones by them, and cost around £12 for two.

Well, glad you have noticed some progress. :P

The two 'Rustys' are fine. They are having a rest after a long winter season doing the steam engines jobs together. But now summer is coming the drivers can be bothered to get up early to prep their engines.

Yes, four of my steam engines have sound decoders.

The sinic part of the layout is 5ft x 2ft.
