I love seinfeld, but some of his stand up material is based on flawed logic. Helmet's save lives, and not just of people who ride bikes and do extreme sports and crap, but also of construction workers. So if we should cease in our "head cracking life styles" does that mean we should stop building things? or that we never should have built cities & bridges and what not in the first place? I know it's just a joke, but "it's funny because it's true" doesn't work here.

@XtjprodigyX i think you've missed my point. i'm just saying that all the people who are saying "OMG HE'S SO RIGHT!" and "HE'S SUCH A GENIUS" are jerry fan boys. I love the Seinfeld series, but I don't think he was the best stand up in the world, because a lot of his joke are illogical, but he's trying to go for that realistic, logical "have you ever noticed" style. some of his jokes are funny, i like "as an adult, i can have a cookie whenever i want" because its true! lol.

Obviously people aren't going to sit there and go "OH HE'S SO RIGHT! LETS ABOLISH HELMETS". You'd be the only one in the audience that would stand up and yell 'OBJECTION! HELMETS SAVE LIVES AND LET US BUILD BRIDGES!' How about his joke on Airline pilots leaving their keys for the plane at home? What are your thoughts on that? LOL
