i bet that propeller cools the cylinder head 100x more than the old fans on the flywheel- sweet

i would say it would be the same. Even though it has more air it doesnt have the covers to direct the air around and in the fins.

Thanks! Im the kid "working" the engine. I did most of the work myself, but my dad did help me a lot. Its a great hobby, its definitely brought my dad and I close together. Maybe try it out? RC airplanes that is...

me too when I was a kid my dad didn't even know what grade I was in......He only lives 2 miles away and I haven't talked with him on over a year

whose to say what a nerd really is? the term is being used quite loosely in todays society.. i dont think that a father and son being able to convert a weedeater engine to be used on an rc plane to be nerds.. its a hobby... im tearing apart and rebuilding and modifying small engines all the time.. i do it every day.. does that make me a nerd?
