@jusbx Ofc it is, if you open the parachute right after you jump you'll fail just like the dude in this video. The funny fact is that seems you take longer to fall using a parachute while on this mission so, just glide longer till you reach the building and don't get scared cause only a dumbass would die due to not enough time to open the parachute in that part.
