it can get severely overused and make a lyrically and musically good song go to shit. but it's also made songs into what they are. it's allowed for singers to do something different and strange to their voice and to the music. some singers don't feel the need to do that. in my view, bjork has such an organic voice, she doesn't need anything to go on top of it. but if you have a vision and it requires doing something that requires using modern technology, go for it. not everyone's perfect. :)

The expression... Wow! This is one of the best performances I've ever seen. So much feeling physically and vocally, and neither is melodramatic or pretentious. It's very real and very raw. I don't like EVERY Bjork song. Most but not all, but even with the ones that I personally don't think are that great, they are still mind blowing and mind boggling. Bjork is innovative, creative and deeply- very deeply- talented. She's a legend and it's a shame she's not given enough credit or attention.

I would very much like to know how anyone couldn't appreciate this talent. every note that woman sang was bang on, and this is live. autotune sucks, you have no talent if you need it, and unfortunately it is used on every song pumped into the commercial music industry these days. Every note is perfect, every crescendo just picks you up and carries you.
I have been a fan of live music since I was a child and approaching 30 I have seen my fair share of performances, this is one of the most incredible.
You can keep your Auto-Tune, true talent is easy to spot and Bjork has it in spades.

An example to all wannabee singers out there. It can be seen in every gesture and facial expression that delivering a performance is much more than just singing the lyrics. She is so immersed in the song and seems oblivious to all that surrounds her, at the end its almost as though she's emerged from a different place.
A totally awe-inspiring natural performance, all X factor aspirants take note!!!!!
