I just came from there, It is fantastic and full of places to visit, it is not expensive compared to alot of parts in germany, try the Radisson Blue hotel, very good room for only 80Euro. you will like it very much, I think it is the most buetifull city I have ever seen in my life.

For me it was very good to see,how build up once again a city, like a phoenix.The 2nd WW the germans doing so much evil,bad things,but i think they pay the bill.Dresden was a great loss for all humankind after this terrible war,but the goodness and the hard work,the repentance give a chance for this city to reborn once again!Congratulation for all dresdners!
