Re to KidLily Statistics show that about 0.03% of the toxins on the planet each year come from fireworks. Fireworks 0.03% (damage) is minor considering the factor that other problems are to the damages of the environment.such as huge factories motor vehicle use Human Habitat expanse. However The 4th is special to alot of people & fire works are used in every other country in the world.SFsc is right, it's an appreciation for our rights and freedoms...

just a question for anyone that can answer, what do fireworks do to the invornment? Isn't the smoke bad? Then again driving a car is bad I know but... just wondering.

First, the word is 'environment'. Second, the fireworks are representations of all the gunfire and cannonfire that happened in winning our Independence from Great Britain. Saltpeter, charcoal, and sulphur make gunpowder, and give us the boom and smoke. Do a study on that. In the meantime, celebrate the fact that you have the -freedom- to even voice an opinion, which was obtained by so many Patriots' shed blood so long ago.

Wow, how nice that you can see the fireworks from your yard! That's the way to do it. When I went last year it took like three hours to get home because of all the traffic! Happy 4th to you and your family, and thanks for all the help you've given me!
