what the fuck are you talking about? they both killed people. theres no better or worst, they were evil muther fuckers, both of them. neither of them were more evil than the other. evil is fucking evil. it doesnt matter how many people died in a war, it just matters that people lost their lives, if you kill a person, you killed a person. no ifs ands or buts about it. stalin=evil. hitler=evil. its simple as that.
basically acknowledging something, like saying "I see." But don't use a literal translation, so don't think it can be used like "I see Hitler's head explod"
