All surface piercings are hard to take care of. I have to say for sternum piercings microdermals arent the way to go. Surface bars are probably better considering dermals are so easy to rip out here. Im speaking from experience

OK, the guy that did this is clearly not educated on proper technique. You never have soeone hold the tissue and push a needle through. Very easily could have stuck needle in finger, ALWAYS use skin forceps.... DUMB ASS.
