lovin your vids, I plan on making some cooking vids soon on my other account. however I'll be cooking my way thru a couple of new cookbooks i have in the post..... Diabetes recipes, my son was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and Im already getting tired of serving up the same food all the time. I need some inspiration :)
@Fearsomelab I'm sure there are dozens of ways people make Tzatziki, just like most foods, everyone does it a little differently. Just because someone doesn't make it your way doesn't mean it's wrong :)
I've never heard of tzatziki and have never tried Greek yogurt, so I have no idea what this might taste like. Is it strong? mild? tangy? sweet? What is it??? Thanks!
You put paper towel on a strainer and put the strainer on a bowl so you let the liquid drains out in the bowl. You let it sit in your fridge for 8 to 10 hours and then use it to make tzatziki dip! :) Enjoy

Tzatziki is AWESOME on Gyros. There's a place in the mall down here that has Gyros and puts that on them and it's great.

Usually you drain the water out of the Greek yogurt before making this. It's even more delicious. :)
