lessons are not bad here, but if you need lessons it's advisable to work with a live teacher first for a while.

Haha, shameless plug there. I would like to add that I myself learn't alternating fingerstyle in well under a year so don't be put off by the prospect of 10 years labour folks!.. This style of guitar playing is very rewarding and I would recommend it to anyone.
